                  Microlith Black 0066K is a nano-scale transparent black pigment prepared by pre-dispersing carbon black pigments in vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin carrier binder using a high shear kneading process. Its small particle size and extremely narrow particle size distribution can provide high color strength, high gloss, high transparency, excellent rheological and dispersion stability, and anti-flocculation and anti-settling properties. Its excellent light and weather resistance is suitable for outdoor product applications.

The carrier resin of Microlith pre-dispersed carbon black nano-pigment 0066K is compatible with vinyl, acrylic acid and aromatic polyurethane media. It can be easily added to compatible solvents through a dissolver or other high-shear mixer, such as ketones, ethylene glycol ethers or ethylene glycol ether esters (or mixtures thereof). It is especially suitable for solvent-based coatings that require high transparency, high sun resistance, good mobility and good chemical stability. Solvent-based flexographic/gravure inks, UV-curable inkjet inks, etc. It is also an ideal colorant for solvent-based wood paints.
