Ranbar Blue SR5028-2 is a triphenylmethane dye acid blue 9. This dye appears as a blue-purple powder, readily soluble in water, and its solution in water is green-blue.  it becomes colorless with the emergence of deep purple precipitates. In concentrated sulfuric acid, this acidic dye exhibits an orange hue, which lightens to a pale yellow upon dilution.

Ranbar Blue SR5028-2 possesses vibrant color, strong dyeing power, and excellent evenness in dyeing. However, it is sensitive to copper and iron ions, requiring careful attention during the dyeing process to prevent any adverse effects on the color outcome.
