Germany BAYFERROX 180M is a synthetic micronized blue-phase iron oxide red pigment with a color index of Pigment Red 101. This high-performance inorganic pigment with a hematite structure has excellent dispersibility and thermal stability, which can meet the high requirements of the paint and coatings industry. At the same time, it is also used in the field of wood-plastic composites. Since the LAUX production process includes a high-temperature calcination step, it has higher inherent hardness than other precipitated pigment products.

It resists color changes during high dispersion, and the high temperature involved in the
calcination process also gives the pigment excellent thermal stability.

Bayer iron oxide red inorganic pigments range from light yellow tones to strong pure yellow tones to clear light blue tones. They offer good quality in terms of tinting power and color uniformity.
