It is a magenta mono azo lake organic pigment suitable for the ink industry. It has a medium tone in pigment red 57:1, and its tone meets the requirements of the primary color magenta. It shows excellent color fastness and easy dispersion in lithographic
printing ink, and low viscosity under high pigment concentration.

Clarien L5B01 is recommended for use in UV curable ink systems, heat setting inks, screen printing, metal decoration inks, paper printing and solvent based intaglio printing and flexographic printing systems, with the exception of cellulose nitrate printing inks.
